Using Coordinates For A Search

How do I search an area of a County/Municipality using a coordinate range or block search.
Solution:
- On the Main tab of your search, click the blue link, located at the lower left hand side that says Block and Range Search.
- Choose the method to use for searching (Block uses N/S address to E/W address with a number of blocks to search. Range uses N/S coordinates to E/W coordinates).
- Input the MLS coordinates and now you will only get properties with in those coordinates.
MLS coordinate maps can be found by clicking on the County Coordinate Maps link under the MLS Links section of the main MLS Message Board screen.
You can also miss properties because not all agents put in the correct coordinates for their listings. A more efficient way to do this type of search would be using the map tab and to draw a shape covering the area you want to search in; or locating a property on the map and do a radius search from its location.
